The Intergeneration Men's Discussion Group will meet this coming Wednesday, May 4, at First Parish in the Chapel. Men of all generations are invited. We meet from 7:00 - 7:30 for socializing, and 7:30 - 9:30 for discussion.

This month's topic is "Hot Buttons and Vicious Circles". We all have people who "push our buttons" -- who irritate, annoy, or anger us over things that might not bother others. Sometimes we push their buttons as well, and when we do this unintentionally, vicious circles can arise which can make the relationship difficult. When we are bound to the relationship -- be it with an intimate partner, family member, or work associate, how can we overcome these difficulties?

Worship - Whose "Culture of Life"?

Susan Conrad preaching , Whose "Culture of Life"?
What does it mean to champion a "culture of life"? The dizzying pace of technological change raises difficult questions about what it means to be human, and our national priorities suggest that some human lives may count more than others.
