The First Parish YAG retreat tradition started in 1995 when intern minister Mark Gutag, who was hired with the expectation that he would create a young adult group, applied for a grant from the Mass Bay District Extension Committee to serve as seed money for a retreat. For more information on this, please read Mark's thesis located in the YAG reader. This portion of the website is maintained to preserve YAG retreat traditions and be a resource to make planning retreats a piece of cake for future YAGers.
