• cambridgeyag.org is registered for 12 euros(~$10) through www.gandi.net, a french company. The domain maps onto a Tripod account with free disk space and no-ads.
• Logins/passwords for tripod.com, gandi.net, and yahoo groups are kept by the communications facilitators.

• Our list serves are through yahoo groups, we have a announcement list and a discussion list: cambridgeyag and cambridgeyag-discuss. Currently the discussion list is rarely used and virtually all emails are on the announcement list.
• Instructions for how to get on and update subscriptions to these list serves are provided to YAGers via a link on the homepage.

• We have a forwarding email address: youngadults@firstparishcambridge.org,
• It forwards to whoever we designate and this can be change by contacting the church administrator (fphsq@aol.com, 617-876-7772). This provides us with a constant, anonymous, catchy email for the website and printed materials.
• We can acquire additional emails from the church in the future. We may be able to acquire cambridgeyag.org emails as well.

• Instructions for backing up web files: very easy by using FTP software with a fast internet connection.
• Instructions for backing up list serves: anyone designated as a moderator on Yahoogroups can click members, click export list, and save the resulting file to their hard drive.

Miscellaneous

• Never "print" Unitarian when it is not followed by Universalist, as this is noninclusive to those who follow the Universalist tradition (the two churches merged in the 1900s)
• Update our listings in directories etc. when key details (URL, email, church phone number, group name, etc) change. Some places to update:
